Cant get in the laundry room door? Give it 10 seconds to reset and reenter the code.
Can you ship something to your lot? Yes, it has to come UPS or Fedex. Amazon works. ship to 55 KC Drive and your lot number. Package will be in the wooden green box at the front of the office. You cant get mail here. you have to get a P.O. Box in Glenrock or Casper.
Are we OPEN? YES! We are open! We are open year round. Staffing is in and out of the park. so, while the office might be closed. We are only a phone call away, and we try to always answer.
Are you closed in the winter? No, We are open year-round in the upper full-service campground! Sun, Rain, Wind, or Snow We are here and welcome you!
Do I need someone to guide me into my spot? No, You made it this far without us.
What are the Check-in and Check-out Times? Check-In Time: 1 PM (Fees apply if guests check-in before this time) Check-Out Time: 11 AM (Fees apply if guests check-out after this time)
Can we check-in early and/or check-out late? Yes, as long as the site is available to do so. Please contact the office first for availability. Additional fees apply.
How do we check availability? Guests can now check availability and reserve online through our website. Click any of the Book Now icons throughout our website to be taken to our reservations portal OR click here to BOOK NOW
Do we maintain a wait list? No. The quickest and easiest way for guests to check for cancellations is to bookmark our BOOK NOW page in your web browser and check your dates on a regular basis to see if any sites have become available.
Do we have Full hookups? Yes, All of our upper sites have full hook-ups.
What are full hookup? Water, Electricity, Sewer, and WIFI.
What size RVs do we accommodate? All sizes. Our sites range from 15ft. – 75ft.
Do we have Wi-Fi? Yes. Please keep in mind this is a complimentary service we offer to our guests. We can not guarantee the Wi-Fi for school or work related purposes. We encourage guests to bring their own hotspot in this instance.

Which mobile carriers work in our area? AT&T and Verizon. Tmobile and Cricket coverage can be spotty at times.
Do we allow tents on the RV sites? Yes, If you pay for the full hook up price. 1 tent per site.

Do we allow pets? Yes. We welcome all your family! Even the furry ones! Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and cleaned up after.

What are lock site fees? While we guarantee your chosen site type and amenities, our automated optimization system may change your site location. You can guarantee your chosen site location by paying a $15.00 lock site fee.
What time is the latest we can check-in? Guests can check-in at anytime, however, please be respectful of the 10:00PM quiet time out of courtesy to the other guests around you.
Can we have additional vehicles? Yes. Each reservation is allowed one RV and one vehicle per site. Additional vehicles must be registered with the office and should park in overflow parking. Additional fees apply.
Do we allow fires? Yes. We allow wood burning, propane, pellets, camp stoves/grills etc. Guests are welcome to bring their own fire pit as long as it sits off the ground. Please check fire bans
Fire Bans May be in place please check .
*There are fines for dumping ashes on the ground. Please allow them to fully cool before dumping.
Can we rent a storage unit while we stay an extended stay? Absolutely please check availability. 5x10 to 14x50 We can fit a few things or your entire RV!
